How long do computer repairs generally take?

The short answer is that it depends! Like we say, computers do not make us any money sitting here. They only make us money when they leave after the repair is complete. Software repairs that require no data backup can be done the same day. With data back, the next day. If custom parts are needed, it could go on for a week or more!

Do you give free quotes?

Absolutely! We don't nickel and dime you for looking at your computer. Whatever we can tell you just by looking at it, there is no charge! If we have to take it in, there is a charge of a minimum of $129. This also includes the labor fees for the repair. Data backup is an extra $60.

What do you mean by hardware and software?

Anything that you can touch is a Hardware. Anything that you cannot touch is software. The computer tower or a laptop is all hardware. The windows 10 / 11 or Mac OS that you use are all considered software. The mouse is hardware. The ability to click that icon on the screen is software. Hope that helps!

How can I pay?

NVpcfix accepts most payment methods. We do not accept checks in our office. Cash is always welcomed. We can accept Zelle and most other forms of payments for computer repairs. We do not offer any trades for service.
